Restaurant - Launched September 4th, 2023
Further Bistro was my most exciting venture to date. I found myself playing a key role in examining the financial plan needed to ensure a smooth launch. Additionally, helping the owners figure out the best executive structure and mission statement was a rewarding challenge. It wasn’t just about providing the best food in the Truth or Consequences area but ensuring a strong foundation for the restaurant's success through smart financial planning and a well-organized leadership team aligned in both heart and mind.

It was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with The Robucs. Not only are they close to my heart as my high school robotics team,
it was an intensely unique opportunity to join forces with aspiring, bright minds during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Together, we tackled critical issues head-on, from mitigating the impact on day to day processes that COVID created, to the mission critical transition for communication to digital platforms such as Zoom and Discord. One of the highlights was the chance to provide training and guidance to the team's dedicated student members in not only using these new systems but establishing frameworks upon which to develop them further. It's projects like these that remind me of the incredible potential within every generation.
